MUP 06-41 -- Wireless Communications facility Harbin Springs Road

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application AA 07-04 of the Heart Consciousness Church/ Harbin Hot Springs appealing the approval of a Minor Use Permit MUP 06-41 for  the construction and operation of a Wireless Communication Facility  on a leased parcel at 19237, 19241, 19657, 19672, 19682 Harbin Springs Rd., Middletown, CA and further described as Assessor Parcel Numbers 014-240-01, 05, 06, 08, and 09. The proposed project will consist of a synthetic pine tree-type 62 foot high steel monopole with six (6) panel antennas. The project applicant is Eagle Consulting on behalf of U.S. Cellular. The proposed Mitigated Negative Deceleration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on the 13 of   December at 10:00 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.  If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
