NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 12-20 for Jeff Wilson in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a pump house that was constructed without permits to exceed the maximum height allowed by the Zoning Ordinance with a maximum height of twenty-six (26) feet located on property at 8975 Seigler Springs North Road, Kelseyville, CA, APN 011-058-10.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M November 2, 2012.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 7, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
