NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 12-23 of Thomas Meisenbach in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit to allow an existing 1,500 square foot twelve foot tall detached accessory structure to remain as previously constructed located at 5455 North Drive, Lower Lake CA, APN 043-241-09.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., January 21, 2013 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on January 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
