NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 07-05 proposing a two year time extension for Red Mountain Ranch Subdivision SD 03-02 and Deviation DV 03-08 proposing a tentative subdivision map to create 14 residential lots on 140 acres. The project is located at 16239 Spruce Grove Road, CA, and further described as APN 013-060-38. The project applicant is John Phillip Ownbey. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 03-84.
