NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 07-12 proposing a general plan amendment of a parcel from Suburban Residential Reserve and Suburban Residential to Public Facilities and Rural Residential. The project applicant is Sutter Lakeside Hospital Wellness Campus. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a subsequent Negative Declaration for this amendment based on Initial Study IS 06-76. The project is located at 5092 Hill Rd., Lakeport, CA 95453 and further described as APN -29-031-19. The negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available 10 days before the hearing.
