NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OF PROPOSED MITGATED NEGATIVE

DECLARATION AND ISSUANCE OF A GRADING PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director, acting as the reviewing authority, has considered Minor Use Permit MUP 06-58 and proposes to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Initial Study 06-96 for Roberto Varriale to construct an 8.9 acre foot Medium Reservoir. The project is located at 26450 Reiff Rd., Lower Lake, CA, and further described as APN 012-016-43. This proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and proposed conditions will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. NOTICE IS HERBY FURTHUR GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 p.m., February 21, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 27, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
