NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-12 of Chic Beck in accordance with Lake County Code to allow the establishment of a used car sales lot for a maximum of ten cars at any one time along with minor auto repairs limited to vehicles being offered for sale located at 2598 #B South Main Street, Lakeport, APN 008-001-01.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 31, 2013 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on August 7, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.
