Jim Menconi: Minor use permit for self-storage facility expansion, installation of covered parking structures

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-17 of Jim Menconi in accordance with Lake County Code to allow an 8,310 square foot expansion of the self-storage facility and to allow for the installation of covered parking structures over 19,027 square feet of the existing outdoor storage area at 18150 Empire Lane, Middletown, APN 014-270-82.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., August 7, 2013 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
