NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-02 of Hilda Lopez in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow an already constructed six foot high wood fence along with a locking gate to remain within the required front yard on property located at 9314 Bonham Road, Lower Lake, APN# 012-035-15.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., September 25, 2013. 

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 2, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
