Matthew Buckman: Minor use permit for fence in side yard setback
NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-18 of Matthew Buckman in accordance with Lake County Code to allow an eight-foot high solid redwood fence within the required side yard setback on property located at 6986 La Helena Dr., Lucerne, California, APN 006-402-39.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., October 16, 2013 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
