NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-20 of George Ulitin in accordance with Lake County Code to allow construction of a wrought iron fence and electric gate that exceeds the maximum allowable height of four feet when located in the front yard located at 2676 Lakesore Blvd., Lakeport, APN 028-283-14.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., December 5, 2013 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on December 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.
