NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-24 of Alexander Shempliner in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit in order to construct a new 672 square foot, one story detached accessory structure located at 10230 State Highway 175, Kelseyville CA, APN 115-009-26.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., January 30, 2013 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on January 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
