Allen Duschka: Minor use permit for detached accessory structure
NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-26 of Allen Duschka in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit in order to construct a new 1,500 square foot, one story detached accessory structure located at 1983 New Long Valley Road, Clearlake Oaks CA, APN 620-011-14.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 26, 2014 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on April 2, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
