Clearlake Oaks Property Owners Association Inc.: Minor use permit for corporation yard
NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-30 of Clearlake Oaks Property Owners Association Inc. in accordance with Lake County Code for the establishment of a corporation yard for the Clearlake Keys Property Owners Association allowing for the construction of a new 360 square foot, twelve foot tall one story storage structure; area for the parking of maintenance vehicles; and, the locating of a six foot tall fence partially within the required front setback located at 12675 East State Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks CA, APN 035-231-11.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 26, 2014 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on April 2, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
