NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-25 of Floraine Chalk in accordance with Lake County Code for a collector’s permit to allow the square footage of accessory structures to exceed the primary living space in order to permit the construction of a new 1,200 square foot storage structure on property located at 5665 Gold Dust Drive, Kelseyville, APN 008-050-79.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., May 28, 2014 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
