NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 07-02 and DV 07-03, proposing a Parcel Map to divide 56.67 acres into three parcels with a Deviation to allow dead-end roadway exceeding 1000 feet in length. The project applicant is James Patterson. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-09. The project is located at 22470 East Road, Middletown and further described as APN 014-006-34. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days prior to the hearing.
