De Tomasi Trust Trustees: Minor use permit for fence within setback
NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 14-09 of De Tomasi Trust Trustees in accordance with Lake County Code to permit construction of a six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback on property located at 11241 Patterson Drive, Clearlake Park, APN 036-441-17.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 3, 2014 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
