NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 07-31 of Ernest Frye in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a collectors permit for the construction of a 20 foot high 2,760 square foot detached garage that exceeds the height limit for an accessory structure in the scenic combining district and exceeds the square footage of the existing residence. The property is located at 1375 East Highway 20, Upper Lake, CA and further described as APN 004-016-29. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., May 8, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 14, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
