NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 08-07 of Rafael Valadez in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow construction of a six-foot high fence and gate within the required front yard setback along Harris Street, and a seven-foot high fence along the East and West side property lines. The property is located at 2045 Finley East Road, Finley, CA and further described as APN 024-201-07. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., May 8, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 14, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
