NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit 14-15 of Miguel Castro in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six foot high fence within the required front yard setback
The property is located at 5235 Gunn Street, Kelseyville, APN 242-020-02.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 11, 2015 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 18, 2015 at 2:30 p.m in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
