NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Committee of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application DR 08-02 proposing a Design Review Permit to develop a 1,324 square foot commercial building for use as a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating areas and a drive-through on property located at 21040 South State Highway 29 in Middletown and further described as APN 024-491-13. The project applicant is Shawn Lescher. The Planner processing this application is Catherine Young, who may be reached at (707) 263-2221.

The public hearing for the Design Review Permit will be held in Conference Room C on the 3rd Floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California on August 6, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the actions of the Development Review Committee on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Department at, or prior to, the public hearing.
