NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT 

LAKE COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

      NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 06-65 of Steve and Nancy DeMartini in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow the demolition and rebuilding of their legal non-conforming cabin with a larger two story single-family residential home on property located at 10375 Loch Lomond Road, Loch Lomond, and further described as APN# 050-021-02.  The Planner processing this application is Bill Stockton, who may be reached at (707) 263-2221.

      NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., April 27, 2007.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 2, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3^rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
