NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator, County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Grading Permit (GR 20-12) and Initial Study (IS 20-115) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 26, 2021 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday June 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the courthouse.

Owner/Applicant: Fabrice and Claudia Caporal.

Project: The applicant is requesting approval of a Grading Permit (GR20-12) to develop an agricultural reservoir to provide water to the existing orchard.

Location: 11501 Elk Mountain Road, Upper Lake CA, 95485. APN(s): 002-048-03.
