PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake will hold a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA., to consider the following:

• Development Agreement DA 2021-02 with Akwaaba, INC, companion of approved Conditional Use Permit application CUP 14-20, for the development of real property involving the establishment of a commercial cannabis microbusiness located at 3995 Alvita Avenue (colloquially referred to as 14196 Lakeshore Drive or “Triple C Collective”) in Clearlake, CA 95422, Assessor’s Parcel No. 040-043-34-000.
