TO CONSIDER AN APPEAL OF THE CLOSURE 

OF A MAJOR USE PERMIT FILE FOR COMMERCIAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal (AA 21-01) of the closure of a Major Use Permit file (UP 19-12) for commercial cannabis cultivation on a 99+ acre property on Thursday June 10, 2021, 9:15 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. Applicant: Pura Vida International, LLC. Owner: George Mainas. Proposed Project: One (1) A-Type 2 small outdoor cannabis cultivation license requesting 10,000 sq. ft. of cannabis cultivation area and one (1) A-Type 13 self-distribution license to transport cannabis to and from the site.  Location: 18086 Dam Road, Clearlake, CA; APN: 010-013-29.
