NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION (CEQA) BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION  


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Use Permit UP 21-02 at a public hearing to take place on Thursday, July 8, 2021 in the Lake County Courthouse.  Applicant/Owner: Coastle LLC / Tyler Mitchell.  Proposed Project: Eleven (11) A-Type 3 medium outdoor commercial cannabis cultivation licenses having a total cultivation area of 487,922 sq. ft., a canopy area of 478,072 sq. ft., and one A-Type 13 ‘Self Distribution’ license to enable transportation of cannabis to a from the site. Location: 6565 Wilkinson Road, 6620 State Route 29, 6213 Wilkinson Road, Kelseyville, CA on property consisting of 244+ acres. APNs: 007-015-13; 007-016-13 and 007-015-63 (clustering site).
