NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of  California, will consider approving Modification (MMU 21-20) of original Use Permit UP 18- 43 at a public hearing that will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 9:10 a.m. in the  Lake County Courthouse, 1st Floor, Board of Supervisor’s Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street,  Lakeport, California. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, meetings of the Lake County Planning  Commission will be available for participation virtually via Zoom and in the Board Chambers  subject to social distancing requirements.
