NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-43) based on Initial Study 08-14 for Frank Perez (Rancho De La Fuente) in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow an agricultural bridge within the waterway zoning combining district and further allow the conversion of an existing barn to a small winery and tasting room. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., February 20, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 25, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
