NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

FOR CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PARCEL MAP 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public  hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors chambers,  located in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453. 

CASE#: PM 21-31 

APPLICANT: VALLEY OAKS LAND AND DEVELOPMENT, INC. 

REQUEST: Divide a 43 acre lot into three (3) commercial parcels and three (3) remainder lots. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: ADDENDUM IS 19-17 TO A FINAL ENV. IMPACT  REPORT 

LOCATION: 18196 and 18426 Highway 29, Middletown (APN: 014-260-51) 

SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT: 5

A staff report will be available for review 72 hours prior to the hearing upon request. If you  challenge the action of the Lake County Planning Commission on any of the above stated items  in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this  notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or  prior to, the public hearing.
