NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, February 27, 2025, no earlier than 9:05 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors
Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA
for consideration of a proposed Major Use Permit Renewal (UPX 24-02), and California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption (CE 24-47), to grant renewal of Major Use Permit (UP 97-
05) and Minor Use Permit (MUP 99-17) for an additional five years for a previously approved billboard for
off-site advertising. The existing structure features two faces, each measuring 240 square feet, and stands
22 feet tall, comprising a 12-foot post supporting a 10-foot-wide billboard. Applicant: Trudy La Monica;

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. The Agenda, Zoom information, staff report, and
attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at:
