Lawrence Israel: Minor use permit for 6-foot-high fence within setback

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit 09-10 of Lawrence Israel in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow an as-built six (6) foot high fence within the front yard setback along Crestview Drive on property located at 9889 and 9909 Crestview Drive, Clearlake Park, and further described as APN 036-431-12 and 13. The Planner processing this application is Bill Stockton, who may be reached at (707) 263-2221.


NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., April 30, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 06, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
