NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., May 8, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room D, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
