April 14 hearing on amendments to Guenoc Valley Mixed Use Planned Development Project agreement

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider amending Ordinance No. 3153 for Development Agreement DA 24-01 for the Guenoc Valley Mixed Use Planned Development Project. The project site is located at Guenoc Ranch Site at 22000 Butts Canyon Road, Middletown (Primary) APN 014-310-09 (Primary), and Middletown Off-Site Workforce Housing at 21000 Santa Clara Road APN 014-380-09, Middletown; Applicant: Lotusland Investment Holdings, Inc.  

The hearing is to make minor amendments to the Development Agreement that was previously approved via Ordinance No. 3153 by the Board of Supervisors on October 21, 2025.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chamber in the Courthouse on TUESDAY, April 14, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. Copies of the project materials and proposed Ordinance are available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. 

If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
