NOTICE OF 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD & NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

To all interested stakeholders, Lake County Behavioral Health Services, in accordance with the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA), is publishing this Notice of 30-Day Public Comment Period and Notice of Public Hearing regarding the above-entitled document.

📅 Public review and comment period: begins Monday, April 13, 2026 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

Interested persons may provide written comments during this period. Written comments and/or questions should be sent to:

Public Hearing – May 14, 2026

A Public Hearing will be held by the Lake County Behavioral Health Services Advisory Board on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving further public comment on the BHSA Integrated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-2029.

The meeting will offer attendance in-person at the peer support centers (addresses below) and be held virtually on the Microsoft Teams web-based meeting platform.
