Reynolds Systems Inc.: Construction of 5000 square foot office and shop building

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR MODIFICATION TO USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Modification To Use Permit 09-05 of Reynolds Systems, Inc in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the construction of a 5000 square foot office and shop building (4000 square foot net increase in structural space) on property located at 18649 State Hwy 175, Middletown, and further described as APN 013-046-04. The Zoning Administrator will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated for negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 83-57. The previously approved mitigated negative declaration will be available for review on May 15, 2009 and the proposed conditions of approval will be available May 25, 2009 in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR MODIFICATION TO USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., June 4, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 10, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
