NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., July 30 , 2009.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 5, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N.
