12:17 a.m. Unknown type of debris in the road on Lakeshore just north of Katy. Caltrans moves what turns out to be a bag of trash out of the roadway.


11 a.m. Traffic hazard with a vehicle in the road on Highway 29 at Highway 175/Hopland. SUV needs a tow; anti-theft device won't allow vehicle to move.


1:35 p.m. Pickup spilled a lot of aluminum cans on the 11th Street onramp to southbound Highway 29.


3:33 p.m. Elderly couple stranded in a disabled Dodge Caravan on a blind curve on northbound Highway 29 just north of Hill Road.


Thursday, June 14


12:16 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding to Highway 29 just south of Bottle Rock Road.


2:48 p.m. Solo vehicle into an embankment and a fence on westbound Highway 20 at mile marker 24. No injuries reported.


Wednesday, June 13


10:41 p.m. Injured deer in middle of roadway on Highway 20 just east of Blue Lakes.


Tuesday, June 12


4:50 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 20 at Carson. Solo vehicle off the roadway into a ditch. Vehicle hit a light pole. Female driver airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.


5:14 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at Rancheria Road at Elk Mountain Road. Solo vehicle accident, with vehicle bumping into a bridge.


Monday, June 11


12:21 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Butts Canyon three miles past Guenoc Winery.


12:23 p.m. Disabled vehicle on westbound Highway 20 at mile marker 37.


3:52 p.m. Disabled vehicle causing a traffic hazard on southbound Highway 29 at Bayshore Marina.

7:14 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 53 at mile marker 5.5.


Saturday, June 9


8:39 p.m. Vehicle rolled over into a ditch with the ambulance responding on Gaddy Lane at Soda Bay.


10:16 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 at mile marker 33.


Friday, June 8


12:55 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 53, approximately one-half mile south of Highway 20. “Utter chaos” at the scene. One man killed.

6:06 p.m. Traffic hazard on Helena Way at Altavista. Vehicle on the corner blocking traffic.

2:44 p.m. Traffic hazard on Spruce Grove Road three miles out. Oil spill on the road.


Tuesday, June 5


2:19 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Lakeshore two miles south of the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff. Teenage girl possibly hit by vehicle. Two vehicles pulled over with her.


7:47 p.m. Traffic hazard on Highway 29 just north of Pt. Lakeview. Vehicle with a broken water hose.


Monday, June 4


11:21 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 20 near Clearlake Oaks. Red 1991 Mazda Protege into the lake between Clearlake Oaks and Lucerne. Driver got out with minor cuts and bruises.


Sunday, June 3


12:34 p.m. Vehicle parked in the roadway, facing wrong direction, at 21595 Yankee Valley Road and Honey Hill.


Saturday, June 2


2:06 p.m. Traffic hazard at 9530 Mendenhall Ave. and First, Upper Lake. White Toyota Tacoma blocking a driveway.


3:54 p.m. Vehicle in the creek at Highland Springs Road and the Toll Road. Car is handing off embankment.


5:06 p.m. White plastic table in the roadway at Highway 53 and Anderson Marsh.


Friday, June 1


9:56 a.m. Vegetation and structure fire reported at Brown's RV Park on Orchard and Highway 53, Lower Lake. Propane tank exploded. Fire and CHP on scene. One victim flown to a burn center.


3:11 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries at 4598 Foothill Drive, Lucerne. Child ran into the side of a white Dodge Caravan, was knocked down and scraped his knee. Child is OK.


8:08 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at Highway 29 and Kit's Corner.


10:48 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding at Highway 175/Hopland, just west of Highway 29. Vehicle in a ditch.
