12:41 p.m. – Malicious mischief/vandalism reported to the trees on Main Street at Third. Report taken.

5:37 p.m. – A 60-year-old male subject is in front of Clear Lake High School in the parking lot walking north with his genitals hanging out of his shorts. Gone on arrival.

9:27 p.m. – Shoplifters reported at Safeway. Two males in their 20s to early 30s stole some alcohol about 40 minutes ago and it’s on tape. Report taken.
