2:19 a.m. – Pedestrian check at S. Estep/Armstrong. Arrest made.


4:53 a.m. – Coroner's report. Report taken.


9:28 a.m. – Theft over $400 on Fifth. Report of theft from business, no sign of break in, occurred some time over the last couple of days. Report taken.


9:48 a.m. – Traffic stop at Soda Bay Road. Moving violation citation.


10:16 a.m. – Fraud reported on Martin Street. Mail stolen from mail box. General services rendered.


10:23 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Reported down power lines on Lakeshore Boulevard and Giselman. General services rendered.


5:13 p.m. – Male subject in top has threatened the caller and other occupants on Lakeshore Boulevard, claims to have guns and to be a law enforcement officer, possibly has been drinking, at Colonial Mobile Village. Civil assist.


6:10 p.m. – Report of a suspicious male in reception of Hill Road Correctional facility stating he’s committed a crime and wants to turn himself in. Only info provided is last name. Referred to another agency. Prior case.


10:25 p.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29/Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


11:34 p.m. – Vehicle versus pedestrian on Main at Lakeport Lagoons. Disposition: Cal Star. Arrest made.
