7:26 a.m. – Woman at Royal Avenue location reports she was assaulted by her ex-husband, who grabbed her arm and then left her residence. Denies medical. Report taken.


11:29 a.m. – Caller reported their neighbor stole a package from their porch on First.


2:09 p.m. – Numerous skateboarders reported impeding traffic near Second and Park. Warning issued.


3:28 p.m. – Man reports finding a ski mask while out walking.


4:50 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision on 11th.


5:11 p.m. – Family disturbance involving several subjects in an argument on Starr.


5:46 p.m. – Male and female subjects in an argument on Martin.


6:16 p.m. – Five juveniles sitting in a dark-colored green Saturn parked in front of a Tri-Valley Paints on S. Main, yelling profanities at customers. Before they parked they were driving erratically through the parking lot. Gone on arrival.


6:17 p.m. – Ongoing problem with loud music coming from a vehicle parked at the corner of S. Polk. Gone on arrival.


7:21 p.m. – Female staying at the Regency Inn left without paying her tab. Described as a 55-year-old woman with long blond/brown hair, wearing a brace on her arm.


7:32 p.m. – Ongoing problem with 12-year-old riding an ATV on residential property on first.


10:46 p.m. – Parking citation issued in 100 block of First to a yellow 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt.
