12:28 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Destry Henderson responds to a request from a caller to check on their friend who became incoherent and was laughing on the phone with the caller. Subject has history of diabetes; associated with green Jaguar and gold Passat at Hillcrest Drive. General services

rendered.


12:56 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at S. Main and Martin streets. Warning.


2:37 a.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Christopher Fisher and Office Jim Bell initiated activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Giselman Street. Warning.


6:30 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to Terrace Heights School

where it was reported a couple of windows were broken out. Report taken.


8:07 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jarvis Leishman, and Deputies Debra Isberg and Elvis Cook received secondhand information that a 46-year-old was face down on the floor at residence on Clear Lake Avenue; subject has been taking medication to try to overdose. Respondent’s girlfriend is going back to the house. General services rendered.


8:45 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Debra Isberg initiated activity in the 1-- block of Armstrong. Parking citation issued.


8:56 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street, reported ticket sign off. Report taken.


9:25 a.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Debra Isberg initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


9:41 a.m. – Family disturbance. Unknown caller on Clear Lake Avenue reported they could hear an argument at the white house on the corner. Now a male in a vehicle is sitting in front of the house; vehicle described as a gray Trooper. Caller is advising to cancel as the subject left; she’ll call back

if it changes. General services rendered.


10:31 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Debra Isberg responded to 911 caller who reported that in the middle of the Grocery Outlet parking lot is in a white truck, S. Main Street. Unknown person took Reporter’s dog. Report taken.


11:13 a.m. – Follow up. Caller reports she has located her dog at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


11:50 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Debra Isberg initiated activity

at Third Street boat ramp. Warning.


2:58 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Debra Isberg responded to report of a group of juveniles who are hanging out at Willopoint Resort on First Street smoking and they don’t belong there. Arrest made.


3:32 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Safeway, 11th Street, reports theft of groceries. Report taken.


5:30 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at S. Main and Martin Street. Warning.


6:47 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S. Main and Armstrong Street. Warning.


7:04 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at N. Main and Ninth Street. Moving violation citation.


8:44 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Dale Stoebe and Jim Bell initiated activity at Westamerica Bank, S. Main Street. Warning.


10:41 p.m. – Attempted suicide. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of 73-year-old on First Street, under the influence, and told caller he took a bunch of pills; BB gun in the house, but caller doesn’t have them right now. Report taken, released to Mental Health.


10:41 p.m. – Fire/medical aid. The 73-year-old is a possible intentional overdose. Fire department

transport.


10:57 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Dale Stoebe responded to report from Safeway about a shoplifter who just left the store; described as Hispanic male, 18 years old, 6 feet tall, medium build, gray button up t-shirt, blue jeans, black shoes. Respondent left on foot toward Scotts Valley. Report taken.
