12:12 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at S. Main and C streets. Warning.


12:40 a.m. – Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe respond to report from West Alert regarding interior alarm activation at Express Mart, S. Main Street, response pending. Report taken.


3:05 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson responded to report of loud noise Body Shop, N. High Street. General services rendered; building is secure and there is a radio on inside.


6:11 a.m. – Commercial burglary. Clear Lake High School reported room broken into last night. Report

taken.


6:40 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity in the 100 block of

11th Street. Warning.


7:13 a.m. – Residential burglary. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of burglary at residence on N. Main Street last night. Report taken.


9:46 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at High Street Mall,

N. High Street. Report taken.


10:02 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Village Auto

Detail, N. High Street. Report taken.


4:15 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to AGM Property Management, S. Main Street, on a report that an employee embezzled thousands of dollars. Report taken.


4:31 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at N. Forbes and Second streets. Warning.


8:11 p.m. – Followup. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Express Mart, S. Main St. General services rendered.


8:46 p.m. – 911 hang up. Reported disconnect before pickup on call back; talked to caller who

advised she could not find her 4-year-old daughter but the child was located and no need for a response. General services rendered.


8:56 p.m. – Followup. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Express Mart, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


9:02 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Destry Henderson respond to report that the caller's 15-year-old son is yelling at the caller and damaged a door because parent won’t let him go to a party. Caller is concerned he may assault him as there is history of it. General services rendered.


10:10 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe respond to loud party reported at second house on the left side of Mellor. General services rendered.


11:18 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Destry Henderson responded to caller on N. Forbes Street who witnessed someone head butt her 17-year-old son. Arrest made.
