1:56 a.m. – Simple assault. Deputies Todd Dunia and Don McPherson, and Officer Richard Santor respond to incident on Nice-Lucerne Cutoff. Arrest made.


10:07 a.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Fifth Street boat ramp. Suspect in the restroom area. General services rendered.


11:37 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at S. Main Street. Report taken.


12:07 p.m. – Welfare check. Tower Mart, Lakeport Boulevard, reported elderly female acting odd;

bought vodka, was on oxygen but tank was empty. She was driving poorly and could not park very well; 1996 Dodge Neon. General services rendered.


2:00 p.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Savings Bank of Mendocino County, N. Main Street. Report taken.


2:49 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Jim Bell and Det. Louis Riccardi responded to report from Lakeport Fire Department regarding a combative patient at Round Table Pizza, 11th Street. Referred to another agency.


3:03 p.m. – Illegal dumping. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Linda Lane, Lakeport Department of Public Works, on report of trash on roadway. General services rendered.


4:09 p.m. – Contempt of court. Officer Destry Henderson responded to report of subject on N. High Street who refuses to allow visitation by the caller. General services rendered.


4:48 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to report of two children in a gray Saturn parked in front of main door of Kmart, S. Main Street. One child is in a car seat. General services rendered; another motorist was watching the juveniles.


5:07 p.m. – Officer initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and Forbes Street. Moving violation citation.


5:09 p.m. – Fire/medical aid. Male subject down near intersection of Arrowhead and Ninth streets. Bleeding from neck; unknown why. General services rendered.


5:16 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to report of a man's wife at house on Forest Drive, where she has made a mess. Per the caller, she does not live there and he has a “kick out order” against her. She is upset and uncooperative. Report taken.


6:20 p.m. – Contempt of court. Caller reports 28-year-old male violated restraining order a couple days ago at Kmart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


7:19 p.m. – Followup. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Lake County Publishing, S. Main Street. Report taken.
