1:40 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at S. Main Street and Industrial Avenue. Warning given.


1:44 a.m. – Welfare check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to a report of someone lying on the side of the road on Martin Street, up from the theater. Arrest made.


1:47 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Richard Lamm, Officer Jarvis Leishman, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Deputy Corey Paulich initiated activity at TJ's, S. Main Street. Report taken.


3:18 a.m. – Alarm. Officer Richard Lamm, Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responding. West Alert reported an interior burglar alarm at the Express Mart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


11:06 a.m. – California Highway Patrol Assist. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at the Chevron station, S. Main Street. Outside agency assist.


2:35 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at N. Main and 11th streets. Warning given.


3:03 p.m. – Fire/medical aid. Assistance given to Northshore Fire Protection District in transporting a semi-alert, 54-year-old to Sutter Lakeside Hospital.


3:14 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a report of a young kid on Hillcrest Drive, arguing with his neighbor. General services rendered.


3:29 p.m. – Commercial burglary. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a report at the Cardiopulmonary Care Center, 11th Street. The doctor was waiting outside, but chose not to make any report. General services rendered.


5:13 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. A vehicle was reported driving northbound on Highway 29, from Lakeport to Upper Lake with no lights on. General services rendered.


8:18 p.m. – Extra patrol. An employee at a business on N. Main Street said her vehicle broke down and she left it in the alley behind the business. General services rendered.
