Sheriff's office changes format of daily logs

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Beginning in April, the Lake County Sheriff's Office will change the format and manner of issuing incident logs to the public.

In the past, the agency has posted the “sheriff’s logs” on its Web site as 24-hour summaries for each day.

However, beginning in April, the sheriff's office will issue “watch commander logs” to summarize sheriff’s office incidents.
