2:35 a.m. – Suspicious male subject reported walking around Library Park with a flashlight and a brown paper bag, wearing a long black leather trench coat. Det. Destry Henderson and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded. Subject gone on arrival.


2:41 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson responds to report on Hartley Road and Boggs Lane regarding someone putting a yellow line across the roadway. Reporting party said he took it down. There is a also a construction sign placed on roadway on Hartley. Gone on arrival.


8:29 a.m. – Officer Norm Taylor issued warning during a traffic stop on S. Main Street at the Chevron station.


10:18 a.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson issued warning during traffic stop at S. Main and C streets.


2:30 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor issued warning regarding vehicle at Bevins and Bevins Court.


2:43 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responded to request for welfare check on a woman with a large laceration on her head who is not talking right. Neighbor reports it; is unknown if woman was assaulted or fell. Medical sent.


2:57 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor issued warning to male subject walking his pit bull at Westside Community Park and letting it run loose.


3:32 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responds to report from anonymous female reporting a teenage mail driving in the area of Sixth and Spurr; he is running the stop sign in the area. Gone on arrival.


4:26 p.m. – Sutter Lakeside Hospital reports a subject who was assaulted in her home yesterday on Bevins.


8:05 p.m. – Det. Destry Henderson responded to report from an anonymous male regarding a dog barking for the last 12 hours in the area of Oak Knoll Avenue and Esplanade. Caller said it's a constant problem; believes it's a caged pit bull. Warning issued.
