12:57 a.m. – Disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report that the Reporter’s upstairs neighbor is playing music loudly in her apartment at the Lakeview Senior Apartments, Bevins Street.


7:52 a.m. – Lakeport animal call. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at N. Forbes and First streets. Lakeport animal call.


8:38 a.m. – Malicious mischief. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report of city property at Library Park, Park Street. Report taken.


9:12 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at S. Forbes Street. Report taken.


9:35 a.m. – Followup. Report taken at Victim Witness, Second Street; photos taken of injuries relating to prior case. Report taken.


11:22 a.m. – Followup. A report was taken at CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street.


11:45 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lake County Tribal Health, Bevins Court. Report taken.


6:05 p.m. – Citizen assist. The caller says his silver Ford Focus is broken down on Lakeport Boulevard and Highway 29. He will move it tomorrow. General services rendered.


6:45 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. The Clearlake Club, N. Main Street, reports a long rope with a hangman’s noose is hanging from the back of the attorney’s office next door. General services rendered.


7:04 p.m. – Disturbance. A caller reports neighbors have a band and are playing loudly on 10th and N. Brush streets. General services rendered.


11:05 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at West Lake Auto Center, S. Main Street. General services rendered.
