12:52 a.m. Caller reports hearing screaming and crashing noises in the 100 block of Central Park Avenue. Sounds like there is a person in distress.


8:25 a.m. – Animal control issue reported at Sixth and Manzanita in the 900 block of N. Forbes.


10:24 a.m. – Parking citation issued in the 500 block of 14th.


11:11 a.m. – Report taken during traffic stop in the 500 block of 11th.


11:57 a.m. – Dog locked in vehicle on Main Street in Upper Lake.


3:37 p.m. – Problem with a subject in the 400 block of Second. Subject is outside, in screaming match with another individual.


4:21 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in the 2900 block of Lakeshore Boulevard.


4:59 p.m. – Female subject causing problems at a business in the 200 block of S. Main. Has been asked to leave and will not.


5:14 p.m. – One small child and infant left in a vehicle alone for at least 15 minutes in the 1700 block of S. Main. Baby is crying.


7:27 p.m. – Report taken for problem with a subject at the Lake County Fairgrounds in the 400 block of Martin. Woman reports ongoing harassment from ex-husband, who is not currently on scene.


8:39 p.m. – Vehicle reportedly trying to run over a unknown female in the parking lot of a business in the 1000 block of S. Main.


10:59 p.m. – Loud party reported in the 600 block of Martin.
