8:23 a.m. – Mazda Millennium reported taken over the weekend from business in the 500 block of Bevins. Report taken.


8:31 a.m. – Two dogs reported running loose in the area of Ninth; one of them has bitten officer in the past.


9:17 a.m. – Report taken for vandalism to trailer on Sixth.


10:09 a.m. – Warning issued for traffic stop at Third and N. Main.


10:14 a.m. – Moving violation citation issued at Tunis and 11th.


10:24 a.m. – Caller from the 900 block of S. Forbes reports someone is charging calls to her phone bill. Report taken.


3:08 p.m. – Caller reports white dog is running around Ninth again.


4:26 p.m. – Several juveniles making lots of noise and harassing the puppies being sold next door at location on 13th. Ongoing problem.


4:56 p.m. – Report taken for attempted suicide.


7:41 p.m. – Arrest made on Hartley behind the high school in connection with suspicious circumstances.


8:23 p.m. – Report taken during traffic stop at S. Forbes and Armstrong.


9:15 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in the 2500 block of S. Main.


9:21 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Lakeport Boulevard and Bevins.


9:29 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in the parking lot of shopping center on 11th.


11:20 p.m. – Ongoing problem with dog barking, has been going on for more than an hour on 17th.


11:41 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Vista Point and Highway 29.
