1:51 a.m. ‒ Warning issued for music disturbance at residence on Lakeshore Boulevard. Ongoing problem with loud music and partying.


11:52 a.m. ‒ Moving violation citation issued at the county yard.


4:34 p.m. ‒ Woman reports a silver SUV with a child locked inside of it in the 300 block of Lakeport Boulevard. She is very upset because it's her child.


9:36 p.m. ‒ Warning issued during traffic stop at Martin and S. Starr.


9:57 p.m. ‒ Noise complaints regarding business doing construction in the 1000 block of 11th.


10:22 p.m. ‒ Report taken for suspicious circumstances on Giselman. Caller reports hearing a loud bang 10 minutes earlier, then another pop a few minutes later. Possibly a gunshot but the caller isn't sure. They then heard male and female neighbors arguing and heard one say, “I'm taking you to the hospital.”


11:42 p.m. ‒ Verbal argument between male and female subjects in parking lot in the 800 block of 11th may be getting physical; it sounds like it's escalating. Checks OK.
